1. Please redeem and reserve your stay during eligible period which runs between 1 October 2023 – 31 December 2023.
2. Eligible period for staying runs between 1 October 2023 – 28 February 2024.
3. No limit on the number of bookings throughout the campaign.
4. King Power members can make advance room reservation through  https://www.banyantreegroup.com/kingpower
5. King Power members are entitled to get a promo code through @kingpower on LINE app or member.kingpower.com A promo code needs to be quoted to make an advance reservation. Please make enquiries about the hotel before clicking “Redeem”.
6. King Power members can make a reservation on rooms and services in advance directly with preferred hotel.
7. Failure to take advantage of a successIn case of successful promo code redemption and not using the privilege, regardless of any case, the company reserves the right not to compensate in any case
8. The privileges received is non-exchangeable and non-refundable for cash or change.
9. Non-transferable to any other individual. Membership authentication is required upon check-in through @kingpower on LINE app or  member.kingpower.com King Power members are ineligible to reserve a stay for any other individual. Otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to charge the guest in full. 
10. The reservation requires credit card guarantee. No charge will be taken from the card until check-out.  
11. King Power members are entitled to reserve up to 3 nights per reservation.
12. Discount privilege is subject to room availability due to limited number of rooms and blackout dates apply.
13. During room reservation, you may not be able to find a hotel or room rate of the selected room if that the hotel is fully-booked or the room is already taken.
14. Discount offer is inapplicable for use in combination with special package promotion or any other discount. The hotel reserves the right to cancel and refund in any case.
15. In case of failure to redeem discount offer prior to making reservation, King Power members will not be able to enjoy discounted rate. Room upgrade and late check-out are subject to hotel discretion.
