1.Terms and Conditions of King Power Membership
- Reserved for King Power members who are newly-signed up or those whose membership had expired
- King Power membership is non-transferable.
- King Power member is bound by terms and conditions and the purchase must be solely for personal consumption. The Company reserves the right not to allow the purchase that is made for any commercial purpose and failure of compliance shall result in immediate membership termination
- King Power member is eligible to receive discount when purchasing participating merchandise as designated at all King Power stores nationwide.
- King Power member must present a proof of King Poower membership every time in order to enjoy discount and other member privileges.
- King Power membership is valid for 2 years starting from the signup date

- Valid for use in conjunction with King Power member discount
- Valid for use in conjunction with Birthday Celebration privileges
- Invalid for use in conjunction with e-gift card, cash card, gift card, gift voucher, cash voucher and any other discount coupon
- Invalid for use in conjunction with any other promotion offer

4.Birthday Celebration
- Enjoy 25% cash back on in-store purchase of 2 pieces of merchandise
- Valid for the purchase of 2 pieces of regular-priced merchandise simultaneously at the same King Power store or separately at all King Power stores nationwide in member’s birth month.
- Valid for purchasing duty free, duty paid merchandise and merchandise on Home Delivery programme.
- Invalid for the purchase of liquor, tobacco, gold ornament and non-participating merchandise.
- Birthday Celebration privileges are valid for 3 months starting from the birth month. Cash back shall be credited to the King Power membership account only.

5.CARAT Rewards
- 1 CARAT is redeemable for THB1 upon purchasing merchandise at King Power.
- King Power members earn 1 CARAT with every THB100 purchase.
- Earn 1 CARAT with every THB100 purchase
- The purchase herein is defined as a net purchase of participating merchandise of every category at all King Power stores nationwide.
- Depending on a membership tier, CARATs are valid from 1 to 2 calendar years counting from the date of purchase.
- CARAT balance on membership account is good as cash to settle the payment for the purchase at all King Power stores nationwide.
- In all cases of returned merchandise, King Power reserves the right not to cancel CARAT redemption and return CARATs after the redemption has been completed.

6.KING POWER SPACE
- Every access to KING POWER SPACE at any location shall be regarded as 1 entry.
- Lounge access for all members are limited to 1 entry / day and the same limitation also applies to their guest.
- Should member wish to access King Power Lounge more than 1 entry, members are eligible to redeem CARATs for any additional entry. Terms and conditions governing the use of CARAT are to be observed.

- ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับสิทธิ์ E-Cash, Cash Card, Gift Card, Gift Voucher, Cash Voucher รวมถึงคูปองส่วนลดอื่นๆ
- ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับรายการส่งเสริมการขายอื่น ๆ และสินค้าที่ไม่ร่วมรายการ

- สมาชิกสามารถแยกใช้สิทธิ์วันเกิด รับเครดิตเงินคืน เข้าบัญชีสมาชิก 25%ของมูลค่าสินค้า เมื่อซื้อสินค้าหนึ่งชิ้นในราคาปกติในเดือนเกิด ถึง 2 สิทธิ์ สำหรับใช้ซื้อสินค้าที่ คิง เพาเวอร์ ทุกสาขา.

เงื่อนไขของเครดิตเงินคืนเข้าบัญชีสมาชิก

5.CARAT Rewards
- มูลค่ากะรัต(Carat Redemption Rate) 1 กะรัต มีมูลค่าเทียบเท่ากับ 1 บาท ในการซื้อสินค้า
- สมาชิก คิง เพาเวอร์ รับกะรัตจากยอดซื้อ ทุกยอดซื้อ 100 บาท ได้รับ 1 กะรัต
- ยอดซื้อ หมายถึงยอดซื้อสุทธิจากการซื้อสินค้าทุกประเภท (ที่เข้าร่วมรายการ) ที่ คิง เพาเวอร์ ทุกสาขา
- ยอดกะรัตที่ได้รับ จะนับเฉพาะจำนวนเต็ม โดยเศษจากการคำนวณจะถูกปัดลง
- อายุของกะรัตคงเหลือ มีอายุ1- 2 ปีปฏิทิน นับจากวันที่เกิดยอดซื้อ ( ขึ้นอยู่กับประเภทสมาชิก)

6.KING POWER SPACE
- สิทธิ์การเข้าใช้บริการ คิง เพาเวอร์ สเปซ จะนับจากการเข้าใช้บริการ คิง เพาเวอร์ สเปซ ทุกครั้ง ทุกสาขา
- สงวนสิทธิ์การเข้าใช้บริการสำหรับสมาชิกทุกประเภท สูงสุดไม่เกิน 1 สิทธิ์/ ครั้ง/ วัน และสามารถให้สิทธิ์แก่ผู้ติดตามเข้าใช้บริการ ครั้งละ ไม่เกิน1 สิทธิ์/ ครั้ง/ วัน
- เมื่อสมาชิกที่ใช้สิทธิ์ครบตามเงื่อนไขแล้ว สมาชิกสามารถใช้กะรัตแลกรับสิทธิ์เข้าใช้บริการได้ โดยเงื่อนไขเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดเกี่ยวกับกะรัตสะสมที่ได้รับอนุมัติ

- 仅限于申请新会员或已过期会员的客户；
- 王权免税会员身份不可转让于他人使用；
- 会员权益仅限于个人合理合法购买消费，不适用于商业采购。如发现有意向用于商业采购，本公司有权保留取消其王权会员资格，并保留最终解释权。
- 王权会员权益适用于王权免税各分店，可参与所有会员优惠活动，特殊商品除外。
- 王权会员在购买期间须出示会员凭证方可享受其优惠政策。
- 王权会员至申请日起2年内有效。

4.王权会员生日权益
- 2张七五折生日返现折扣券（1张仅限1件商品）
- 当使用生日返现折扣券购买2件正价商品时，商品价值的25%将返现至会员卡上，此券可在王权所有分店使用。
- 可以使用2件商品的生日权限在同一发票上。
- 生日权限仅使用在参与活动商品，酒类、香烟类、黄金类商品除外。
- 生日返现折扣券有效期3个月，从生日月算起。返现金额仅限返至会员卡上。

返现至会员账户条件与条款
- 金额返现至会员账户，有效期3个月。
- 本公司保留修改或更改活动的权利，恕不另行通知。
5.积分奖励
- 积分兑换率：在王权购买商品时1积分等于1泰铢。
- 王权会员可从购买商品中获得积分，每100泰铢可获得1积分。
- 购买金额指的是，在王权所有分店购买所有参与商品的净值金额。
- 积分仅计算整数，余数将舍弃。
- 根据会员级别，积分有效期自购买之日起的1-2个日历年。
- 积分余额可在王权免税所有分店购买商品。
- 在所有退货情况下，王权免税有权扣除该退款的相应积分。

6.王权贵宾休息室King Power Space
- 每次进入每个分店的KING POWER SPACE，均视为1次进入。
- 所有级别的会员，使用贵宾室的限制为每天1次，同样的限制也适用于随行人员。
- 当已使用完规定的会员权益后，在遵循会员兑换条款条件下，可使用积分兑换贵宾室服务。
