ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขการใช้งาน Atome
- ผู้ใช้งาน Atome ต้องมีอายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป และเป็นผู้ได้รับอนุญาตโดยชอบให้ถือบัตรเดบิต บัตรเครดิต หรือวิธีการชำระเงินอื่นๆ ที่อาโตมีอาจรับชำระในแต่ละครั้ง โดยไม่รวมถึง บัตรเดบิตเติมเงิน (prepaid debit card) บัตรเดบิตเสมือนจริง (virtual debit card) หรือเลขบัญชีเสมือนจริง (virtual account numbers)บัตรกำนัลแทนเงินสด (gift cards) หรือบัตรเข้าถึง (access card) ประเภทอื่น
- ลูกค้าต้องยืนยันตัวตนด้วยวิธีการ e-KYC ก่อนการชำระเงิน
- หลังการชำระเงิน Atome จะแบ่งการจ่ายเงินของคุณออกเป็น 3 งวดเท่าๆ กัน จ่ายงวดแรก ณ จุดชำระ อีก 2 งวด จะถูกแบ่งเป็นสองช่วงๆ ละ 30 วันโดยไม่มีดอกเบี้ย โดยลูกค้าต้องสำรองเงินไว้ให้เพียงพอ ก่อนถึงวันกำหนดชำระ หากเกินกำหนดชำระ บริษัทฯ มีสิทธิ์ติดตามทวงถามหนี้ตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด และขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมนียมในการชำระเงินล่าช้า
- บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการงดเปิดเผยวงเงินสูงสุด หรือจำนวนเงินที่ลูกค้าสามารถใช้จ่ายได้ทุกกรณี
- บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายทุกประการซึ่งอาจเกิดกับลูกค้าจากการที่ลูกค้าไม่ได้ใส่ราคาซื้อที่ถูกต้อง
