*Terms and conditions of the air ticket prize

• Redeemable for a return air ticket for Bangkok-Hong Kong-Bangkok for 1 person on a designated class only of which includes baggage allowance as per terms and conditions of the airlines.
• Passengers must reserve the ticket and travel within the period designated by the airlines only.
• Passengers are liable to pay for airport tax and other relevant fees including reservation fees at the amount designated by the airlines.
• Ticket reservation is subject to seat availability of which maybe limitedly available during long weekends, public holidays and high season. Should passengers wish to travel during these periods, passengers must be responsible to extra charges designated by the airlines.
• After reservation is completed, passenger’s name is non-changeable.
• Air tickets are non-changeable and non-refundable or non-exchangeable for cash or change.
• Air tickets are offered as part of promotion campaign and are not allowed for resale.
• The reservation code is immutable and non-refundable. It is incumbent upon passengers to maintain the confidentiality of this code. The Company retains the right to disclaim any responsibility in the event of loss or damage, and shall not issue replacement codes under any circumstances.
