*Terms and Conditions of Lucky Draw Entry

• Everyone with eligible purchase is qualified for entry.
• Eligible purchase includes that of participating merchaandise. Further details are available at retail points.
• Lucky Draw Registration for lucky draw entry is required.
• Lucky Draw Net THB2,000 purchase after deduction of discount offers is qualified for 1 lucky draw entry.
• A combination of purchase made from 15 July – 15 September 2021 is qualified for entry.
• Eligible purchase excludes that of liquor, tobacco and health & wellness merchandise.
• Eligible purchase includes that which is benefited from discount offers.
• Prizes drawn is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or change.
• Eligible purchase excludes that of cash card.
• Eligible purchase excludes that which is paid by money balance transferred to membership account as a reward for new members.
• Eligible purchase includes that which is paid by cash card or money balance on membership account.

• The Company reserves the right to combine purchase value for everyone with registration for lucky draw entry.
• Tourism Authority of Thailand shall draw prizes on 20 September 2021 at Tourism Authority of Thaland
• Lucky draw winners shall collect their prize at Tourism Authority of Thailand Building on 27 September 2021.
• Lucky draw winners with a prize worth THB1,000 or more are obligated to pay withholding tax worth 5% of a prize.
• Registration for entry is accepted until 15 September 2021.
• Terms and conditions are governed by Amazing Thailand Grand Sale 2021 project committee.
• The Company’s judgment shall be absolute and final.
• Terms and conditions are governed by the Company and are subject to changes and amendments without prior notice.

By entering the Amazing Thailand Grand Sale campaign, I allow the Tourism Authority of Thailand to collect, use, and disclose such information for the benefit of managing the Amazing Thailand Grand Sale campaign and agree to be bound by Terms and Conditions as following:

Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is only applied to spending within Thailand.
2. The lucky draw will be conducted on 20 September 2021.
3. The lucky winners receiving the award valued at more than THB 1,000 shall be responsible for 5% withholding tax of the prize’s value in compliance with the Revenue Department’s Order No. Tor Por 101/2544. , dated on September 15, 2021.
4. The lucky winners receiving the award valued at more than THB 10,000 shall bring a copy of ID card, or passport to receive the prizes by themselves according to the Tourism Authority of Thailand’s requirements. In case that the winner cannot personally come, please bring the power of attorney and evidence to receive the prize. The prizes can be received at the Tourism Authority of Thailand building, 1600 New Phetchburi Road, Makkasan, Ratchathevi, and Bangkok 10400, on 27 September 2021.
5. The lucky winners who receive the award valued at less than 10,000 baht and wish to receive the prize through postal service are required to submit a copy of ID card or a copy of passport to the Tourism Authority of Thailand. Please note that the winners must pay the shipping costs by themselves and the delivery will only be done within the Kingdom of Thailand.
6. Tourism Authority of Thailand reserves the right in prize claiming to be limited to only 1 prize/person throughout the campaign and select the highest valued prize.
7. The prizes cannot be exchangeable for cash or transferable to other person in any circumstances.
8. Tourism Authority of Thailand reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Tourism Authority of Thailand’s control makes it necessary to do so.

10. The winner of the 1st prize, the car, will be responsible for paying the tax and all transfer fees.
11. Tourism Authority of Thailand reserves the right to reject any entry that does not meet the stated terms and conditions. If the winners do not claim for the prize within 4:30 p.m. of September 22, it will be deemed that the winner forfeits his/her right to receive the prize and cannot make a claim for compensations or damages against the Tourism Authority of Thailand. In this regards, Tourism Authority of Thailand reserves the right to offer the prize to the next runner-up on the reserve list instead.
12. Employees of Comm Arts Production Co., Ltd. and the Tourism Authority of Thailand, including their families, are not eligible to participate in the lucky draw.
13. Tourism Authority of Thailand reserves the right to use the information of the winners both in the form of images and audio clips for advertisement and public relations purposes without having to seek consent or pay any remunerations. Such images and audio clips are treated as the sole proprietary rights of Tourism Authority of Thailand.
14. In case of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, the conduct, results and any other matters relating to this prize draw, the decision of Tourism Authority of Thailand shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
15. Tourism Authority of Thailand reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

Terms and conditions of Free Trial Membership

• This free trial membership is reserved for those who are not current King Power members or those with expired membership
• Registration for this free trial membership is open until 30 September 2021 at King Power Rangnam, Srivaree, Mahanakhon, Pattaya and Phuket.
• Trial members registered in this campaign are eligible for 5% discount on the purchase of participating duty free and non-duty free merchandise (excluding liquor and tobacco)
• 5% discount offered with this free trial membership is valid for in-store purchase at King Power nationwide (excluding online purchase at www.kingpower.com).
• Trial members registered in this campaign shall be promoted to become an official King Power member with any of the following eligible purchases (1 membership tier/customer throughout the campaign).
  • NAVY membership with entitlement for 5% discount with THB 1,000 purchase or more
  • SCARLET membership with entitlement for 10% discount with THB 6,000 purchase or more
  • ONYX membership with entitlement for 15% discount with THB 60,000 purchase or more
• Official King Power membership earned from the above mentioned is valid for 1 year.
• Official King Power membership shall take effect within 1 working day after eligible purchase takes place (excluding Saturday – Sunday and bank holidays).

• CARATs earned from eligible purchases shall be reflected on King Power membership account once official King Power membership takes effect.
• Free trial membership shall be terminated in the absence of any purchase worth THB 1,000 or more after 30 days of registration date.

Terms and Conditions of King Power Membership

• King Power membership is non-transferable.
• King Power members are entitled to designated discount on the purchase of participating duty free merchandise, tax free merchandise and souvenirs at King Power stores nationwide.
• King Power member privileges are applicable to eligible purchase for personal consumption only. Should the purchase be known for its commercial purpose, the Company reserves the right to terminate King Power membership instantly and the Company’s decision shall be absolute and final.
• Members are required to present a proof of membership in order to obtain discount and privilege.
• King Power membership is regarded as the asset of King Power Group and is subject to changes and amendments without prior notice.
