- Cash card is valid for use in conjunction with King Power member discount for the purchase of duty free and blue-tagged merchandise.
- Cash card is valid for the purchase of discounted Home Delivery merchandise.
- Cash card is valid for the purchase on merchandise on 0% interest rate instalment purchase plan.
- Cash card is inapplicable for use in conjunction with Birthday Celebration privileges, money balance on membership account, e-cash, cash card, gift card, gift voucher, cash voucher and any other type of discount coupon. Exceptions are made for money balance transferred as a reward for new members and gift cards earned from promotion offers.
- Cash card is valid for use at King Power Rangnam, Srivaree, Pattaya and Phuket until 15 October 2021.
- Cash card is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or change.

- Gift card is inapplicable for use in conjunction with Birthday Celebration privileges, money balance on membership account, e-cash, cash card, gift card, gift voucher, cash voucher and any other type of discount coupon.
