*Terms and Conditions

  1. Exclusive room rate of THB14,000 is offered per night for Tolani Southgate Villa Chiang Mai’s 5-Bedroom Villa (regular rate of THB18,500).
    • Inclusive of breakfast
    • Complimentary! Round-trip transfer to or from Chiang Mai Airport
    • Complimentary! Skugga Farm Chocolate Gift Set
    • Special rate on a 1-Day Trip to Skugga Estate Farm
  2. Valid for a stay during Sunday to Friday.
  3. THB5,000 will be charged per room per night for any stay during long weekend and public holidays.
  4. Additional bed for adult is available for THB1,000 per room per night (inclusive of breakfast).
  5. Any charge for additional service is payable upon check-in.
  6. Room rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% tax.
  7. Terms and conditions are governed by Tolani Hotels and King Power and are subject to changes without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Valid period for redemption and room reservation runs from 1 May 2023 to 31 October 2023.
  2. No limit on the number of redemptions throughout the campaign.
  3. A promo code is obtainable through @kingpower on LINE app or member.kingpower.com Please quote the code when making reservation (it is recommended that room enquiry be made prior to clicking ‘Redeem’ to obtain the code).
  4. Advance reservations can be made by calling 082-456-4495 or by sending an email to [email protected]
  5. Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance.
  6. Discount offers are applicable only if rooms are available.
  7. Discount offers are invalid for use in conjunction with any other promotion and discount.
  8. Failure to make use of the obtained promo code, the Company reserves the right not to make any sort of compensation in all cases.
  9. Discount offers are non-redeemable and non-exchangeable for cash or change.
  10. Discount offers are personal and non-transferable. King Power membership verification is required upon check-in through LINE app or member.kingpower.com
  11. Any reservation benefited from discount offer is disqualified for cancellation and refund in all cases.
  12. Terms and conditions of cancellation policy or flexible date options are governed by the property owner.

  5. สำหรับบริการเสริมต่างๆ สามารถชำระค่าบริการได้ที่ เคาเตอร์ Check-In ของโรงแรม
  6. ราคารวม Service Charge 10% และ Tax 7% เรียบร้อยแล้ว
  7. เงื่อนไขเป็นไปตามที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข โดยไม่แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

เงื่อนไขการรับสิทธิ์

  1. รับสิทธิ์และสำรองห้องพักล่วงหน้าได้ระหว่างวันที่ 1 พฤษภาคม 2566 - 31 ตุลาคม 2566
  2. ไม่จำกัดสิทธิ์ในการจองตลอดรายการ
  3. สมาชิกสามารถกดรับรหัสส่วนลดผ่านระบบ LINE Official Account : @kingpower หรือ member.kingpower.com และแจ้งรหัสส่วนลดกับเจ้าหน้าที่ของโรงแรม เพื่อทำการสำรองห้องพักล่วงหน้า (กรุณาสอบถามข้อมูลก่อนกดรับสิทธิ์)
  4. สมาชิก คิง เพาเวอร์ สามารถสำรองห้องพักและบริการล่วงหน้าได้ที่ โทร.082-456-4495 หรือ [email protected]
  5. สมาชิก คิง เพาเวอร์ ต้องสำรองห้องพักล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 7 วัน ก่อนเข้าพัก
  6. ราคาโปรโมชั่นสามารถใช้ได้ในกรณีที่มีห้องพักว่างเท่านั้น
  7. ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับรายการส่งเสริมการขาย ส่วนลด หรือโปรโมชั่นอื่นๆ ได้
  8. ในกรณีที่มีการกดรหัสแล้ว ไม่ได้มาใช้สิทธิ์ ไม่ว่ากรณีใดก็ตาม ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่ชดเชยทุกกรณี
  9. สิทธิ์ที่แลกรับไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนหรือทอนเป็นเงินสดได้
  10. ไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นได้ สมาชิกต้องแสดงตัวตน ขณะทำการเช็กอินด้วยการแสดงสถานะสมาชิก ผ่านระบบ LINE Official Account หรือ member.kingpower.com เพื่อยืนยันว่าเป็นบุคคลเดียวกันกับที่มีการจอง
  11. ราคานี้ทางโรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกและคืนเงินทุกกรณี
  12. เงื่อนไขในการยกเลิกหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงวันเข้าพัก ให้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขมาตรฐานเกี่ยวกับการยกเลิกหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงวันเข้าพักของโรงแรม
  13. เงื่อนไขเป็นไปตามที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข โดยไม่แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

  9. 兑换的权益不能变更或变现
  10. 使用权不能转让他人，仅限会员本人使用，入住时须通过LINE 公众号或 member.kingpower.com 登陆验证是否和预订名字一致
  11. 特价预订的房间不能取消、不能退款
  12. 取消预订或变更入住时间需遵循酒店的入住准则
