Terms and Conditions
1.Birthday Celebration
- Enjoy 25% cash back on in-store purchase of 2 pieces of merchandise
- Note:
- Valid for the purchase of 2 pieces of regular-priced merchandise simultaneously at the same King Power store or separately at all King Power stores nationwide in member’s birth month.
- Valid for purchasing duty free, duty paid merchandise and merchandise on Home Delivery programme. Invalid for the purchase of liquor, tobacco and non-participating merchandise.
- Birthday Celebration privileges are valid for 3 months starting from the birth month. Cash back shall be credited to the King Power membership account only.
2.CARAT Rewards
- 1 CARAT is redeemable for THB1 upon purchasing merchandise at King Power.
- King Power members earn 1 CARAT with every THB100 purchase.
- Earn 1 CARAT with every THB100 purchase
- The purchase herein is defined as a net purchase of participating merchandise of every category at all King Power stores nationwide.
- CARAT earning shall be in a whole number with a fraction of CARAT rounded down.
- Depending on a membership tier, CARATs are valid from 1 to 2 calendar years counting from the date of purchase.
- CARAT balance on membership account is good as cash to settle the payment for the purchase at all King Power stores nationwide.
- In all cases of returned merchandise, King Power reserves the right not to cancel CARAT redemption and return CARATs after the redemption has been completed.
3.KP Lounge
- Every access to King Power Lounge at any location shall be regarded as 1 entry.
- Lounge access for all members are limited to 1 entry / day and the same limitation also applies to their guest.
- Should member wish to access King Power Lounge more than 1 entry, members are eligible to redeem CARATs for any additional entry. Terms and conditions governing the use of CARAT are to be observed

5.Terms and Conditions of King Power Membership
- King Power membership is non-transferable.
- King Power member is eligible to receive discount when purchasing participating merchandise as designated at all King Power stores nationwide.
- King Power member is bound by terms and conditions and the purchase must be solely for personal consumption. The Company reserves the right not to allow the purchase that is made for any commercial purpose and failure of compliance shall result in immediate membership termination.
- King Power member must present a proof of King Power membership every time in order to enjoy discount and other member privileges.
- King Power membership is the property of King Power Group. Terms and conditions are subject to changes without prior notice.

- สามารถใช้สิทธิ์ BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION ทั้ง 2 สิทธิ์ในการซื้อครั้งเดียว ที่ คิง เพาเวอร์ ทุกสาขา
- สามารถใช้กับสินค้าDuty Free, Duty Paid, Home Delivery ยกเว้นสินค้าแผนกเหล้าและบุหรี่ และสินค้าที่ไม่ร่วมรายการ
- สิทธิ์ BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION มีอายุ 3 เดือน นับแต่เดือนเกิดของสมาชิก และจะได้รับคืนในรูปเครดิตเงินคืนเข้าบัญชีสมาชิกเท่านั้น
2.CARAT Rewards
- มูลค่ากะรัต(Carat Redemption Rate) 1 กะรัต มีมูลค่าเทียบเท่ากับ 1 บาท ในการซื้อสินค้า
- สมาชิก คิง เพาเวอร์ รับกะรัตจากยอดซื้อ ทุกยอดซื้อ 100 บาท ได้รับ 1 กะรัต
- ยอดซื้อ หมายถึงยอดซื้อสุทธิจากการซื้อสินค้าทุกประเภท (ที่เข้าร่วมรายการ) ที่คิง เพาเวอร์ ทุกสาขา
- ยอดกะรัตที่ได้รับ จะนับเฉพาะจำนวนเต็ม โดยเศษจากการคำนวณจะถูกปัดลง
- อายุของกะรัตคงเหลือ มีอายุ 1- 2 ปีปฏิทิน นับจากวันที่เกิดยอดซื้อ ( ขึ้นอยู่กับละประเภทบัตร)
- กะรัตคงเหลือ สามารถใช้แทนเงินสดในการชำระสินค้า ที่ คิง เพาเวอร์ ทุกสาขา
- การคืนสินค้าทุกชนิด คิง เพาเวอร์ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการหักกะรัตตามยอดซื้อที่คืนสินค้า
3.KP Lounge
- สิทธิ์การเข้าใช้บริการ คิง เพาเวอร์ เลานจ์ จะนับจากการเข้าใช้บริการ คิง เพาเวอร์ เลานจ์ ทุกครั้ง ทุกสาขา
- สงวนสิทธิ์การเข้าใช้บริการสำหรับสมาชิกทุกประเภท สูงสุดไม่เกิน1 สิทธิ์/ ครั้ง/ วัน และสามารถให้สิทธิ์แก่ผู้ติดตามเข้าใช้บริการ ครั้งละ ไม่เกิน 1 สิทธิ์/ ครั้ง/ วัน
- เมื่อสมาชิกที่ใช้สิทธิ์ครบตามเงื่อนไขแล้ว สมาชิกสามารถใช้กะรัตแลกรับสิทธิ์เข้าใช้บริการได้ โดยเงื่อนไขเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดเกี่ยวกับกะรัตสะสมที่ได้รับอนุมัติ

5. เงื่อนไขสมาชิก คิง เพาเวอร์
- สถานะภาพสมาชิก คิง เพาเวอร์ ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนมือให้บุคคลอื่นนำมาใช้
- สมาชิก คิง เพาเวอร์ มีสิทธิ์ได้รับส่วนลดจากการซื้อสินค้าในร้านค้าปลอดอากร ร้านจำหน่ายสินค้าและของที่ระลึกที่ คิง เพาเวอร์ ทุกสาขาตามสิทธิประโยชน์ที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด ยกเว้นรายการสินค้าที่ไม่ร่วมรายการ
- สมาชิกต้องซื้อสินค้าถูกต้องและซื้อเพื่อการบริโภคเท่านั้น ไม่รวมถึงการซื้อเพื่อธุรกิจเชิงพาณิชย์ ทั้งนี้หากพบว่ามีเจตนาการซื้อสินค้าเพื่อการพาณิชย์ บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะยกเลิกสถานะสมาชิกได้ทันทีและถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
- สมาชิกต้องแสดงหลักฐานการเป็นสมาชิก คิง เพาเวอร์ ทุกครั้ง เพื่อรับส่วนลดและสิทธิพิเศษต่างๆ
- สถานะภาพสมาชิก คิง เพาเวอร์ ถือเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของกลุ่มบริษัท คิง เพาเวอร์ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

1.生日权益
- 每年有2 件产品，可获得 25% 的返现（每个权益 1 件）
- 备注 :
- 每年会员享有2个生日权益，此权益可单独使用。消费成功后，可获得25%返现，返还到会员帐户，此权益可在所有王权分店使用。
- 2个生日权益均可在所有王权分店一次性使用
- 可与免税、已完税、送货上门的产品一起使用，酒类和香烟以及不参与活动的产品除外。
- 生日权益自会员生日的月份算起3 个月内有效，返现将直接返还到会员账户
2.克拉积分
- 克拉价值：在购买产品时，1 克拉等于1 泰铢。
- 王权会员通过购买产品获得积分。每购买100 泰铢产品，可获得1 克拉积分。
- 消费金额是指在王权所有分店，各类消费的净消费金额 （参与活动的产品）
- 总克拉数将只计算整数，小数点不计在内。
- 克拉积分的有效期为自购买之日起 1-2 个日历年（取决于会员卡的类型）
- 克拉积分可当作现金在所有王权免税分店使用
- 如果退货，王权免税店保留根据退货金额扣除克拉积分的权利。
3.王权休息室
- 计算使用王权休息室权益的方法：每次在任意王权分店使用休息室都将计算在内。
- 我们为所有类型的会员提供使用休息室的服务，最多不超过1个权益/次/天，并可以带一个同行人员使用该服务，不超过1个权益/次/天。
- 会员根据条款使用完会员权益后，可根据相关规定，使用克拉积分换取休息室服务

5.王权会员条款
- 会员卡不能借给他人使用
- 会员在王权各分店购买免税品，普通产品以及纪念品时，可按公司相关条款规定享受折扣，不参与活动的产品除外
- 会员须按照相关规定合理购买产品，并在自用范围内。而不是出于商业目的。如发现出于商业目的购买产品，本公司保留立即取消会员资格并为最终决定的权利。
- 会员每次购物前，必须出示会员信息，才能享受折扣和权益。
- 王权会员资格归王权集团所有，我们保留更改条款和条件的权利。恕不另行通知
