Terms and Conditions

1. Terms and conditions of King Power membership registration (hereinafter referred to as “Member”)

I would like to request for membership ID and sign up for membership. I hereby acknowledge, agree and give consent to the following terms and conditions.

1.1. I agree to allow King Power International Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as “company”) to carry out the membership registration process until the membership is terminated by the company.

1.2. I acknowledge that the information on my overseas travel shall be collected, compiled, used, revealed and/or transferred in a manner compliance to the privacy policy of King Power Group.

1.3. I acknowledge that membership validity varies according to membership tier and that membership validity shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the company.

1.4. Should there be any dispute concerning membership, I agree and give authorization to the company to investigate, verify and settle the dispute. I acknowledge that the company’s decision and judgment are absolute and final. 

1.5. I accept that benefits and privileges that the company offer to each member may vary depending on purchase history of each member, promotion campaign of each merchandise and/or the company’s marketing policies.

1.6. I agree and accept that in the event of returning the merchandise (of which satisfies the company’s terms and conditions) that I purchase from the company’s store, I must give up the points accumulated and any rewards redeemed from accumulated points or monetary return with value equal to the reward value.

1.7. I agree and accept that the company reserves the right to deny me the use of the platform service and this membership registration and/or the right to terminate the membership without an obligation to give reason for the denial or termination.

1.8. I accept and agree to be bound by terms and conditions of membership set out by the company at the time of registration for the use of platform service and to be bound by any amendments and changes of terms and conditions which may arise in the future of which the company has no obligation to give prior notice.

1.9. I agree and accept that the company reserves the sole and absolute right and discretion to change and modify terms and conditions of membership / rewards for redemption and privilege offers and the company has no obligation to give prior notice.

1.10. Membership is non-transferable.

1.11. As a member, I am entitled to receive discount offer as designated by the company on the purchase of participating merchandise at duty free stores and merchandise and souvenir shop at all locations of King Power.

1.12. As a member, I acknowledge and accepted that it is mandatory to make a purchase in compliance with the terms and conditions and to make a purchase for the purpose of consumption only. I understand and agree that I am not allowed to make a purchase for a commercial purpose. Should the Company find that a purchase made for the commercial purpose, the company reserves the right to terminate the membership instantly.

1.13. As a member, I must present a proof of membership every time in order to receive discount and special offers.

1.14. Membership is the property of the company and the company reserves the right to change and modify terms and conditions without prior notice.

1.15. Should there be any dispute concerning membership, the company’s decision and judgment are absolute and final.     

1.16. The company reserves the right to terminate membership or change and modify terms and conditions of privilege offers without prior notice.

2. Membership registration: for King Power member (hereinafter referred to as “member”)

2.1. Applicant can register for membership by providing information as designated by the company. By agreeing to comply with the company’s terms and conditions of King Power membership, patrons shall receive King Power membership approval from the company.

2.2. Membership applicant understands that as part of service the company uses a smart card reader to read the information on applicant’s Thai national identity card or a tablet to scan applicant’s passport and download personal information supplied during King Power membership registration through the use of platform service.

2.3. Applicant agrees and accepts terms and conditions in governing the membership at the time of registration for the use of platform service and any amendments and changes of terms and conditions which may arise in the future.

2.4. Applicant certifies that all information submitted to the company for membership registration is complete and accurate; especially information on mobile phone number or private email address which must be the ones that applicant actively uses at the time of submission.

2.5. King Power membership applicant must be at least 15 years of age and must not be incompetent person or quasi-incompetent person.

2.6. The company reserves the right to terminate membership or change or modify terms and conditions without prior notice.

3. Registration for the use of platform

3.1. Applicant is allowed to use the platform service once all required information is submitted as designated and the company’s approval is granted. Applicant must agree to comply with terms and conditions.

Applicant must set up a password for membership and in doing so OTP shall be sent for verification within a designated period of time. Member must take responsibility for the confidentiality and security of the password. It must not be shared or disclosed through member’s own actions which lead to the divulging the password.

3.2 Member certifies that all information submitted to the company at the time of registration for the use of this platform is complete and accurate; especially information on mobile phone number or private email address which must be the ones that applicant actively uses at the time of submission.

4. Editing personal information on member’s profile

4.1. Member is allowed to edit personal information on member’s profile on the platform, Member Service counter and King Power Call Centre 1631.  

4.2. Member certifies that in the event of editing personal information on member’s profile, member shall always keep the information updated.
