Terms and Conditions
- This free trial membership is reserved for those who are not current King Power members or those with expired membership
- Registration for this free trial membership is open until 30 September 2022 at King Power Rangnam, Srivaree, Pattaya and Phuket.
- Trial members registered in this campaign are eligible for 5% discount on the purchase of participating duty free and non-duty free merchandise (excluding liquor and tobacco)
- 5% discount offered with this free trial membership is valid for in-store purchase at King Power nationwide (excluding online purchase at www.kingpower.com).
- Trial members registered in this campaign shall be promoted to become an official King Power member with any of the following eligible purchases (1 membership tier/customer throughout the campaign).
- NAVY membership with entitlement for 5% discount with THB 1,000 purchase or more
- SCARLET membership with entitlement for 10% discount with THB 6,000 purchase or more
- ONYX membership with entitlement for 15% discount with THB 60,000 purchase or more
- Official King Power membership earned from the above mentioned is valid for 2 year.
- Official King Power membership shall take effect within 1 working day after eligible purchase takes place (excluding Saturday – Sunday and bank holidays).
- Eligible purchase includes in-store purchases at King Power nationwide (excluding online purchases at www.kingpower.com.
- Eligible purchase excludes liquor and tobacco purchases.
- CARATs earned from eligible purchases shall be reflected on King Power membership account once official King Power membership takes effect.
- Free trial membership shall be terminated in the absence of any purchase worth THB 1,000 or more after 30 days of registration date.

Terms and Conditions of King Power Membership
- King Power membership is non-transferable.
- King Power members are entitled to designated discount on the purchase of participating duty free merchandise, tax free merchandise and souvenirs at King Power stores nationwide.
- King Power member privileges are applicable to eligible purchase for personal consumption only. Should the purchase be known for its commercial purpose, the Company reserves the right to terminate King Power membership instantly and the Company’s decision shall be absolute and final.
- Members are required to present a proof of membership in order to obtain discount and privilege.
- King Power membership is regarded as the asset of King Power Group and is subject to changes and amendments without prior notice.
Terms and Conditions
- Terms and conditions of King Power membership registration (hereinafter referred to as “Member”)
I would like to request for membership ID and sign up for membership. I hereby acknowledge, agree and give consent to the following terms and conditions.
1.1. I agree to allow King Power International Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as “company”) to carry out the membership registration process until the membership is terminated by the company.
1.2. I acknowledge that the information on my overseas travel shall be collected, compiled, used, revealed and/or transferred in a manner compliance to the privacy policy of King Power Group.
1.3. I acknowledge that membership validity varies according to membership tier and that membership validity shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the company.
1.4. Should there be any dispute concerning membership, I agree and give authorization to the company to investigate, verify and settle the dispute. I acknowledge that the company’s decision and judgment are absolute and final.
1.5. I accept that benefits and privileges that the company offer to each member may vary depending on purchase history of each member, promotion campaign of each merchandise and/or the company’s marketing policies.
1.6. I agree and accept that in the event of returning the merchandise (of which satisfies the company’s terms and conditions) that I purchase from the company’s store, I must give up the points accumulated and any rewards redeemed from accumulated points or monetary return with value equal to the reward value.
1.7. I agree and accept that the company reserves the right to deny me the use of the platform service and this membership registration and/or the right to terminate the membership without an obligation to give reason for the denial or termination.
1.8. I accept and agree to be bound by terms and conditions of membership set out by the company at the time of registration for the use of platform service and to be bound by any amendments and changes of terms and conditions which may arise in the future of which the company has no obligation to give prior notice.
1.9. I agree and accept that the company reserves the sole and absolute right and discretion to change and modify terms and conditions of membership / rewards for redemption and privilege offers and the company has no obligation to give prior notice.
1.10. Membership is non-transferable.
1.11. As a member, I am entitled to receive discount offer as designated by the company on the purchase of participating merchandise at duty free stores and merchandise and souvenir shop at all locations of King Power.
1.12. As a member, I acknowledge and accepted that it is mandatory to make a purchase in compliance with the terms and conditions and to make a purchase for the purpose of consumption only. I understand and agree that I am not allowed to make a purchase for a commercial purpose. Should the Company find that a purchase made for the commercial purpose, the company reserves the right to terminate the membership instantly.
1.13. As a member, I must present a proof of membership every time in order to receive discount and special offers.
1.14. Membership is the property of the company and the company reserves the right to change and modify terms and conditions without prior notice.
1.15. Should there be any dispute concerning membership, the company’s decision and judgment are absolute and final.
1.16. The company reserves the right to terminate membership or change and modify terms and conditions of privilege offers without prior notice.
- Membership registration: for King Power member (hereinafter referred to as “member”)
2.1. Applicant shall register for membership by proceeding with applicant’s own acts in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the company . By agreeing to comply with the company’s terms and conditions of King Power membership, patrons shall receive King Power membership approval from the company.
2.2. Membership applicant understands that as part of service the company uses a smart card reader to read the information on applicant’s Thai national identity card or a tablet to scan applicant’s passport and download personal information supplied during King Power membership registration through the use of platform service.
2.3. Applicant agrees and accepts terms and conditions in governing the membership at the time of registration for the use of platform service and any amendments and changes of terms and conditions which may arise in the future.
2.4. Applicant certifies that all information submitted to the company for membership registration is complete and accurate; especially information on mobile phone number or private email address which must be the ones that applicant actively uses at the time of submission.
2.5. One telephone number for one membership only (One to One) and also one membership for one telephone number only (One to One)
2.6. King Power membership applicant must be at least 15 years of age and must not be incompetent person or quasi-incompetent person.
2.7.In case of applicant top up on member card by credit card payment, payment procedure shall be made by cardholder’s own act.
2.8. The company reserves the right to terminate membership or change or modify terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Registration for the use of platform
3.1. Applicant is allowed to use the platform service once all required information is submitted as designated and the company’s approval is granted. Applicant must agree to comply with terms and conditions.
Applicant must set up a password for membership and in doing so OTP shall be sent for verification within a designated period of time. Member must take responsibility for the confidentiality and security of the password. It must not be shared or disclosed through member’s own actions which lead to the divulging the password.
3.2 Member certifies that all information submitted to the company at the time of registration for the use of this platform is complete and accurate; especially information on mobile phone number or private email address which must be the ones that applicant actively uses at the time of submission.
- Editing personal information on member’s profile
4.1. Member is allowed to edit personal information on member’s profile on the platform, Member Service counter and King Power Call Centre 1631.
4.2. Member certifies that in the event of editing personal information on member’s profile, member shall always keep the information updated.

1.3. 我本人同意申请的会员有效期限因会员等级而异。会员有效期限受王权集团规定的条款和条件所约束。
1.4. 会员纠纷时，我本人同意并承认王权集团有权调查和解决争议，本公司享有最终决定权。
1.5. 我本人同意王权集团向每位会员提供的福利可能有所不同。这取决于每位会员的购买记录，每种产品类别的促销活动或王权集团的营销政策。
1.6. 我本人同意并接受：如果我退还在王权集团够买的商品（符合王权退货条款）。我必须退还购买商品所得的积分以及用积分或发票兑换的奖励，或者退还与奖励同等价值的现金。
1.7. 我本人同意并接受王权集团有权拒绝提供平台服务与会员注册服务，或者有权注销会员资格，本公司有权不告知注销理由。
1.8. 我本人同意并接受王权集团在注册平台的会员条款和条件，以及未来可能做出的条款修改，恕本公司不另行通知。

1.10. 会员身份不得转让他人使用。

1.13. 会员每次必须出示会员身份证明才能享受折扣和权益。

1.15. 会员发生冲突时王权集团享有最终决定权。
1.16. 王权集团保留取消会员资格，或更改福利条件的权利，恕本公司不另行通知。
- 会员申请：王权会员（“会员”）
2.1. 申请者在申请会员时候必须秉承自愿原则并遵守王权会员的条款和条件。
2.2. 申请人接受本公司有权使用智能读卡器读取泰国身份证，或使用扫描仪器扫描护照并下载个人信息，通过平台注册王权会员，以上均属于会员申请服务内容。
2.3. 申请人同意并接受本公司所有注册平台的会员条款和条件，包括未来可能变更或修订的条款和条件。
2.4.申请人保证在注册成为会员时提供给本公司的所有信息是正确和完整的。特别是在提供此类信息时，手机号码或个人电子邮件地址仍然可用。
2.5.一个电话号码仅对应一个会员身份（唯一）或一个会员身份仅对应一个电话号码（唯一）。
2.6.王权会员资格的申请人必须年满 15 岁，拥有完全行为能力的公民。
2.7.在使用信用卡充值会员账户的时候，必须是卡主本人进行刷卡支付
2.8. 本公司保留取消会员资格，或更改福利条件的权利，恕本公司不另行通知。
- 注册进入平台
3.1. 申请者提供本公司规定的资料即可申请会员，在本公司通过会员申请前，申请者必须同意并遵守王权会员的条款和条件。
此外，申请人必须设置会员密码。通过公司在规定期限内发送的验证码（OTP）验证程序，会员必须对密码保密，不得泄露或做任何可能导致他人知道密码的事情。
3.2.申请人保证在注册成为会员时提供给本公司的所有信息是正确和完整的。特别是在提供此类信息时，手机号码或个人电子邮件地址仍然可用。
- 会员个人信息修改
4.1 会员可以通过平台服务、会员服务点和王权服务热线1631来修改其个人资料。
4.2 会员保证：如果会员的个人信息发生改变，会员本人将及时更新个人信息。

- ยอดซื้อครบ 1,000 บาท รับสถานะเป็นสมาชิก NAVY (ส่วนลด 5%)
- ยอดซื้อครบ 6,000 บาท รับสถานะเป็นสมาชิก SCARLET (ส่วนลด 10%)

- ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข
ข้าพเจ้ามีความประสงค์จะขอรับหมายเลขสมาชิกและสมัครเป็นสมาชิก โดยรับทราบ ตกลง และยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข ดังต่อไปนี้
1.1..ข้าพเจ้าตกลงให้ บริษัท คิง เพาเวอร์ อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล จำกัด (เรียกว่า “บริษัทฯ”) ดำเนินการรับสมัครให้ข้าพเจ้าเป็นสมาชิกจนกว่าบริษัทฯ จะยกเลิกการเป็นสมาชิกของข้าพเจ้า
1.2.ข้าพเจ้ารับทราบว่าการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย หรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของข้าพเจ้าไปต่างประเทศจะเป็นไปตามที่ระบุไว้ในนโยบายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของบริษัท คิง เพาเวอร์ อินเตอร์เนชั่ลแนล จำกัด
1.3.ข้าพเจ้ารับทราบว่า อายุสมาชิกจากการสมัครเป็นสมาชิกมีความแตกต่างกันตามสถานะสมาชิก โดยอายุสมาชิกจะเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของบริษัทฯ ที่กำหนดไว้
1.4.ในกรณีที่มีข้อโต้แย้งจากการเป็นสมาชิก ข้าพเจ้าตกลงและยอมรับให้บริษัทฯ มีอำนาจในการตรวจสอบและระงับข้อพิพาท โดยการตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สุด
1.5.ข้าพเจ้ายอมรับว่าสิทธิประโยชน์ที่ทางบริษัทฯ เสนอให้แก่สมาชิกแต่ละรายอาจแตกต่างกัน ขึ้นอยู่กับประวัติการซื้อสินค้าของสมาชิกแต่ละราย รายการโปรโมชั่นสินค้าแต่ละประเภท และ/หรือนโยบายทางการตลาดของบริษัทฯ
1.6.ข้าพเจ้าตกลงและยอมรับว่า หากข้าพเจ้าคืนสินค้า (ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้าของบริษัทฯ) ที่ซื้อจากร้านค้าของบริษัทฯ แล้ว ข้าพเจ้าต้องคืนคะแนนสะสมที่ได้รับรวมทั้งของรางวัลที่แลกรับจากคะแนนสะสมไปแล้ว หรือคืนเป็นเงินสดตามมูลค่าของของรางวัล
1.7.ข้าพเจ้าตกลงและยอมรับว่าบริษัทฯ มีสิทธิปฏิเสธการให้บริการแพลตฟอร์มและการสมัครสมาชิกนี้ หรือสามารถยกเลิก การเป็นสมาชิกได้ โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งเหตุแห่งการปฏิเสธ/ยกเลิกดังกล่าว
1.8.ข้าพเจ้ายอมรับและผูกพันตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของการเป็นสมาชิกที่บริษัทฯ กำหนดไว้ขณะลงทะเบียนใช้บริการแพลตฟอร์มรวมทั้งการแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงที่อาจจะมีขึ้นในอนาคต โดยบริษัทฯ มิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
1.9.ข้าพเจ้าตกลงและยอมรับว่าบริษัทฯมีสิทธิเด็ดขาดแต่เพียงผู้เดียวในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขการเป็นสมาชิก/ของกำนัลที่จัดให้แลกและสิทธิพิเศษต่าง ๆ โดยบริษัทฯมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
1.10.สถานภาพสมาชิกไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนมือให้บุคคลอื่นนำมาใช้
1.11.สมาชิก มีสิทธิได้รับส่วนลดจากการซื้อสินค้าในร้านค้าปลอดอากร ร้านจำหน่ายสินค้าและของที่ระลึกที่คิง เพาเวอร์ ทุกสาขาตามสิทธิประโยชน์ที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด ยกเว้นรายการสินค้าที่ไม่ร่วมรายการ
1.12.สมาชิกต้องซื้อสินค้าอย่างถูกต้องและซื้อเพื่อการบริโภคเท่านั้น ไม่รวมถึงการซื้อเพื่อธุรกิจเชิงพาณิชย์ ทั้งนี้ หากพบว่ามีเจตนาการซื้อสินค้าเพื่อการพาณิชย์ บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะยกเลิกสถานะสมาชิกได้ทันทีและให้ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
1.13.สมาชิกต้องแสดงหลักฐานการเป็นสมาชิก ทุกครั้ง เพื่อรับส่วนลดและสิทธิพิเศษต่างๆ
1.14.สถานภาพสมาชิกถือเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของบริษัทฯ บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข โดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
1.15.กรณีที่มีปัญหาข้อขัดแย้งจากการเป็นสมาชิก คำชี้ขาดของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สุด
1.16.บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกการเป็นสมาชิก หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขสิทธิประโยชน์โดยบริษัทฯ มิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
- การสมัครเป็นสมาชิก: สำหรับสมาชิก คิง เพาเวอร์ (“สมาชิก”)
2.1.ผู้สมัครเป็นสมาชิกต้องดำเนินการสมัครสมาชิกตามขั้นตอนที่บริษัทฯ กำหนดด้วยตนเอง โดยจะต้องให้ข้อมูลตามที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด รวมทั้งได้รับอนุมัติจากบริษัทฯ ให้เป็นสมาชิก โดยผู้สมัครเป็นสมาชิกใช้บริการต้องยินยอมและปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการเป็นสมาชิกคิง เพาเวอร์
2.2.ผู้สมัครเป็นสมาชิกรับทราบว่าบริษัทฯ มีสิทธิใช้เครื่องอ่านสมาร์ตการ์ด (Smart Card Reader) เพื่อใช้อ่านบัตรประชาชนไทย หรือใช้แท็บเล็ตเพื่อสแกนหนังสือเดินทางและดาวน์โหลดข้อมูลส่วนตัวเพื่อใช้ในการลงทะเบียนเพื่อเป็นสมาชิกคิง เพาเวอร์ ผ่านทางแพลตฟอร์ม ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการให้บริการ
2.3.ผู้สมัครเป็นสมาชิกตกลงและยอมรับตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขต่าง ๆ ของการเป็นสมาชิกที่ใช้บังคับ ณ ขณะลงทะเบียนใช้บริการแพลตฟอร์มในทุกช่องทางซึ่งรวมถึงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขที่อาจจะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือแก้ไขในอนาคต
2.4.ผู้สมัครเป็นสมาชิกรับรองว่าบรรดาข้อมูลที่ได้ให้ไว้แก่บริษัทฯ ในการลงทะเบียนเป็นสมาชิกถูกต้องครบถ้วน โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งรับรองว่าเบอร์โทรศัพท์มือถือ หรือ อีเมลส่วนตัวที่ยังสามารถใช้งานได้อยู่ในขณะที่ได้ให้ข้อมูลดังกล่าว
2.5.สมาชิกมีได้ 1 หมายเลขโทรศัพท์(One to One) และ 1 หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ มีได้ 1 สมาชิกเท่านั้น( One to One )
2.6.ผู้สมัครเป็นสมาชิก คิง เพาเวอร์ ต้องมีอายุตั้งแต่ 15 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไป ไม่เป็นบุคคลไร้ความสามารถ หรือบุคคลเสมือนไร้ความสามารถ
2.7.กรณีผู้สมัครเป็นสมาชิกเติมเงินเข้าบัญชีสมาชิกโดยการชำระผ่านบัตรเครดิต เจ้าของบัตรเครดิตต้องเป็นผู้ดำเนินการในขั้นตอนการชำระเงินด้วยตนเอง
2.8.บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกการเป็นสมาชิก หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขสิทธิประโยชน์โดยบริษัทฯมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
- การลงทะเบียนเพื่อเข้าใช้งานแพลตฟอร์ม
3.1.ผู้ขอใช้บริการสามารถลงทะเบียนเข้าใช้งานแพลตฟอร์มได้โดยจะต้องทำการให้รายละเอียดข้อมูลตามที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด รวมทั้งได้รับอนุมัติจากบริษัทฯ ให้เป็นสมาชิก โดยผู้ใช้บริการต้องยินยอมและปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขในการใช้บริการ
อนึ่ง ผู้ขอใช้บริการต้องทำการตั้งรหัสผ่านสมาชิก โดยขั้นตอนการยืนยันซึ่งเป็นรหัสลับ (OTP) ที่ทางบริษัทฯ จัดส่งให้ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด ทั้งนี้ สมาชิกจะต้องรักษารหัสผ่านไว้เป็นความลับและไม่เปิดเผยหรือกระทำการใด ๆ ที่อาจทำให้ผู้อื่นทราบรหัสผ่าน
3.2.สมาชิกรับรองว่าบรรดาข้อมูลที่ได้ให้ไว้แก่บริษัทฯ ในการลงทะเบียนเข้าใช้แพลตฟอร์มนี้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งรับรองว่าเบอร์โทรศัพท์มือถือหรืออีเมลส่วนตัวที่ยังสามารถใช้งานได้อยู่ในขณะที่ได้ให้ข้อมูลดังกล่าว
- การปรับเปลี่ยนข้อมูลส่วนตัวของสมาชิก
4.1.สมาชิกสามารถทำการปรับเปลี่ยนข้อมูลส่วนตัวผ่านทางแพลตฟอร์ม จุดบริการสมาชิก และ King Power Call Center 1631
4.2.สมาชิกรับรองว่า หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลส่วนตัวของสมาชิก สมาชิกจะปรับปรุงข้อมูลส่วนตัวของสมาชิกให้เป็นปัจจุบันอยู่เสมอ
