Terms and Conditions of CARAT Redemption for a Promo Code to use as Shopping Discount

1. Exclusive for King Power NAVY, SCARLET, ONYX, CROWN and VEGA members.
2. CARAT redemption and promo code usage are valid from 1 November 2024 to 31 March 2025.
3. The promo code is applicable to any order without minimum order requirement and there is no limit to the number of promo codes that can be applied per receipt.
4. Only 400 promo codes are available for redemption during the campaign. The redemption period will continue until all promo codes have been redeemed.
5. Applicable for the purchase of participating products only.
6. Product exchanges are permitted solely in the event of a defect. The replacement must be identical in model and colour to the product originally purchased.
7. The promo code is non-exchangeable for cash or change.
