Terms and conditions of CARAT redemption

CARATs are redeemable for THB100 discount coupon for use at participating vendors. Member is entitled to redeem an unlimited number of coupons.
CARAT redemption is valid between 1 August – 31 December 2023.
Redemption channels are @kingpower on LINE app and member.kingpower.com
In case of failure to claim a discount, the Company reserves the right not make any compensation for redeemed CARATs.
Discount coupon is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or change.
